My room was well-designed, had feather pillows.

We had really comfortable stay.

We loved spending 6 nights here. The location of the property was marvellous, in the middle of the city. Shimogyo Ward district was worth staying in.

During my stay at Rinn, I was impressed with the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel. The location near Kyoto station made it easy to explore the city and visit popular tourist destinations. The room was well-maintained and offered a comfortable bed. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English well, which made check-in and communication hassle-free. I appreciated the convenience of having a laundry machine available, especially for longer trips.

I always come back to this place as it has everything I need for a perfect stay. Free Wi-Fi, helpful staff, and 24-hour security. The first time I stayed, the staff even helped with my bags. It's ideal for my city breaks.

The staff was affable and we would stay here again. Greatly enjoyed Kyoto, the hotel was absolutely great in the middle of the city. We booked the double room that was quiet.

This place has a fantastic location within a short walk to the train station and Sanjusangendo Temple, as well as being close to Kyoto.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and even provided us with a brochure on how to navigate around. The location was superb, right next to the station, and we were able to easily walk to popular places like Nishiki Market in just 30 minutes.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and spacious design of the room. The hotel facilities like the laundry and microwave were very useful. Its location close to the train station and amenities like a convenience store were convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful in assisting with our enquiries.
